PRODUCT AND SIZING INFORMATION

We use the finest quality of vegan leather for our collars while all our charms are specially made with silver plated metal.
LaRuff's jewellery are made from high-grade materials and our silver is treated with a special anti-tarnish treatment to help it stay shinier for longer.

Although our jewelleries are designed for daily wear, in order to preserve your silvers we would advise you to avoid exposure to household cleaning products, bleach and other strong chemicals and remember to remove all jewelleries before coming into contact with the beach or swimming pools.

All our silver plated jewellery is treated with a special anti-tarnish coating to slow the oxidising process and keep your silver jewellery looking shinier for longer. Although over time, it is prone to tarnishing due to moisture and gases in the air that oxidise the metal.

We recommend avoiding harsh chemicals, abrasive materials and wearing your jewellery at the beach or in the pool.

ORDERING

Our accessories are currently available exclusively on our website and social media platforms. If you would like to know when they become available elsewhere, please stay in touch by subscribing to our newsletter.
Please select the product you wish to order on our site, click ‘Add to Cart’ and indicate your desired quantity.

You can view and/or edit the contents of your cart at any time by clicking the cart icon in the top right corner of all our website pages. You can then proceed to the check-out.

Once your payment has been made, a thank you page will appear displaying your order number, to indicate that we have received your order. We will also send confirmation of your order by email.
You will receive a confirmation email that contains information regarding the details of your order. Please check the detail information carefully. We are not responsible for shipping errors caused by incorrect input of personal information. If you did not receive a confirmation email, please reach out to our customer service team immediately.
You may cancel your order when it is being prepared for dispatch. However, we are unable to change any shipping details or cancel any orders once an order has been processed; nor can we add products to an existing order once it has been placed. If you have any concerns, please email us at yourfriends@laruff.co to see if this is possible.
We apologise that the product you want to purchase is currently not available, but we will try our best to restock immediately and update our website as soon as the product is back in stock. Purchases must be paid for via credit or debit card. Please enter your card number, its expiry date and its card verification number at the checkout.
Unfortunately, we only accept online payment through the methods listed above.

SHIPPING AND RETURNS

LaRuff ship to the whole Singapore and offers worldwide shipping.
Domestic Shipping
Complimentary shipping applied to purchases of SGD59 and above (within Singapore). Otherwise, shipping cost is applied for each order as per below:

Singpost Smartpac : SGD 2.20
Doorstep Delivery : SGD5


International Shipping
International shipping costs will be calculated during checkout.

Domestic delivery typically takes about 3-5 working days upon dispatch while international delivery will take approximately 1-2 weeks depending on your location.

We will do our best to dispatch your order promptly after you have placed it, according to the delivery option you selected.

If you have received a faulty item or you are not satisfied with your purchase, please reach out to yourfriends@laruff.co

Be advised that items must be returned within fourteen (14) days of when the order was received. Unfortunately we cannot accept returns after this time period.

Please return the item in its original, pristine condition and packaging. Please include the original receipt (or a copy if returning one item out of several purchased at the same time). Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless we sent an incorrect or damaged item, in which case we will provide a complimentary return label.

If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item. You should use a trackable shipping service.
Be advised that items must be returned for any exchange within fourteen (14) days of when the order was received. Unfortunately we cannot accept returns after this time period.

Products must be considered equivalent and eligible for exchange when they are of the same price. Exchanges must be shipped to the same address as the original order. All products for exchange will be checked prior to acceptance.

Please return the item in its original, pristine condition and packaging. Please include the original receipt (or a copy if returning one item out of several purchased at the same time). Unless stated otherwise, buyers are responsible for exchanges shipping costs.

To be entitled for a refund, item must be unworn, unwashed and in the same condition as you received it. Ensure the item is still in the packaging box.

Refunds will be credited back to the original payment method within ten (10) business days after we receive and approve of the return request. If you used a discount/promo code when purchasing an item, you’ll be refunded for the price of the item minus the value of the discount/promo code. Please contact your credit or debit card-issuing bank or banking service provider with questions about when your refund credit will be posted to your account.
Depending on your order value and the import laws in the country receiving the parcel, duties and taxes may be applicable. As the recipient, you are liable for any levies applied in the country you are shipping to. It is necessary to pay these to release your parcel and to continue the shipment to your nominated address.

In this event, the courier company will contact you to process any duties or taxes payable. Once paid and cleared, they can continue the shipment of your parcel.
